All enlisted will begin at RECRUIT, APPRENTICE, or WANDERER with opportunities to advance.

Recruit
All members enlisted in The Fleet begin here. Recruits report directly to the Flight Corporal.
Crewman
Crewman have shown the ability to be responsive and reliable. They can fill any role on a ship. Reports to Flight Sergeant.
Flight Corporal
Flight Corporal is in charge of the Recruits. Reliability, aggressiveness, and results have gotten them this far. Reports to the Flight Sergeant.
Flight Sergeant
In charge of assigning missions to Flight Corporal’s and overseeing mission completion. Reports to Ensign.
Apprentice
All members enlisted in Industry begin here. Apprentice reports directly to their assigned Workman.
Junior Workman
A Workman in training. Responsible for all assigned tasks from Workman or Senior Workman. Reports to the Senior Workman.
Workman
Tried and True, the workman has established themself as a hard worker with the ability to handle any tasks assigned. Reports to Senior Workman.
Senior Workman
A reliable asset, and in charge of overseeing all duties of other workman classes Reports to Engineer.
Wanderer
All members enlisted in Exploration begin here. Wanderer’s report directly to the Senior Explorers.
Explorer
Explorers are enthusiastic and eager. Always searching to find new territories and opportunities for the Guild. Reports to Seeker.
Senior Explorer
Senior Explorers are experienced and proven assets. No trip is too long, and success is bountiful. Every mission now, important Reports to Seeker.
Seeker
Seekers are responsible for overseeing Wanderers, Explorers, and Senior Explorers. Reports to Senior Seeker.

Through hard work and consistent recommendations you’ll be offered a URO position within your current operation.
Ensign
The first officer role for the fleet. Ensign is responsible for communicating expectations to their Flight Sergeants for non officer implementation. Reports to Lieutenant Junior.
Lieutenant Junior
LT Jr. is a Lieutenant in training. Responsible for relaying information to the ensign for assignment, and any tasks provided by higher ranking officers. reports to LT.
Lieutenant
LT. will normally be in charge of a specific group of teams, from defense, attack, and rescue, LT’s will be the driving force behind a moving fleet. Reports to LT. Commander.
Lieutenant Commander
the last of the under ranking officers. Lieutenantt. Commander is in charge of all other fleet URO’s and is in line to become an admiral. Reports to the rear admiral.
Engineer
The first officer role for the industry. Engineer is responsible for communicating expectations to their Senior Workman for non officer implementation. Reports to Senior Engineer.
Senior Engineer
Senior engineers have shown outstanding skills as an engineer. they possess extreme knowledge in their field and assist engineers with any questions. reports to Chief engineer.
Chief Engineer
Chief engineers are very knowledge with a penchant for leadership. They are in charge of managing the other URO engineers and report to the master engineer.
Master Engineer
no job is grey territory for a Master engineer. Extremely skilled and knowledgable, they are able to handle any task. manages industry UROs and reports to the operations manager.
Senior Seeker
The first officer role for exploration. Senior Seeker is responsible for communicating expectations to their Seekers for non officer implementation. Reports to Master Seeker.
Master Seeker
Master Seekers are just that, masters of seeking new territories. Their expertise of the star system is outstanding and they yearn for more. Reports to commander.
Commander
commanders have explorered the far reaches of space and found valuable investments for the guild. They have completed many successful missions. reports to the captain.
Captain
no one has been as far or found as much as a captain. they have excelled time and time again. They are in charge of other exploration UROs and report to the commadore.
Fleet Officers
Even the most decorated UROs will struggle to become a Fleet officer. It will require everything you have, 100% dedication to The Fleet. You will gain many responsibilities and be expected to provide consistent results.
Rear Admiral
first of five fleet admiral positions. a battlefield commander, responsible for structure defense and emergency response teams. Reports to vice admiral.
Admiral
admiral is the front line battlefield commander and leads the charge. responsible for all battlefield decisions (retreat, reposition, etc) Reports to fleet admiral.
Fleet Admiral
fleet admiral is a non combat fleet commander. responsible for planning attacks and defense. communicates these plans to corresponding admirals. reports to grand admiral.
Vice Admiral
vice admiral is the back line battlefield commander. Responsible for organizing the fleet and battlefield tactics. reports to admiral.
Grand Admiral
Leader of the entire fleet, and only reporting to the Executive Commander, the Grand Admiral makes all high level decisions regarding use of our fleet.
Industry Officers
Industry Officers
Long hours of mining and hard work will pay off. Our Industry officers are fully dedicated to making sure our Industry keeps rolling 100% of the time no matter the circumstances.
Operations Manager
The right hand of the Minister. The Operations Manager will be involved in all large decisions for Industry. Reports to Minister.
Minister
The Minister is in charge of all Industry Operations. Responsible for final decisions on industry structure. Reports to the Executor.
Exploration Officers
Exploration Officers
To become an Exploration Officer it will require many long days and nights out in open space. You will have to show strong leadership skills and collect many recommendations from Officers throughout The Unseen.
Commadore
The Commadore helps decide all large scale exploration missions. Responsible for communicating the big picture to the exploration crew.
Grand Admiral
There is no higher prestige or responsibility in exploration then the Grand Admiral. Responsible for all Final decisions on large scale exploration. Reports to Executor.
Administration "The Suits"
Administration
The administration team will be responsible for all clerical aspects of our operations, including Recorded Incident Reports, known as “RIRs”. Request approval to join The Suits through your superior officer. Must be organized, dedicated, and timely. Each branch of the guild will have their own admin team.
Clerk
The Clerk is responsible for escalation of incident reports and making sure they reach the proper channels. Reports to the Junior Adjutant
Junior Adjutant
Junior Adjutant is an assistant to the adjutant in the realm of Public relations and Human resources. responsible for any tasks assigned to them from the adjutant.
Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant is responsible for management of the adjutants. They are also an assistant to admin and senior admin with responsibilty for all tasks delegated to them.
Deputy Adjutant
Deputy Adjutant is an assistant to the adjutant in the realm of website suggestions and roster modifications. Responsible for any tasks assigned to them from the adjutant.
Administrator
The administrator is responsible for monitoring game economics and suggesting strategy to leadership within this realm. Reports to the Senior administrator.
Adjutant
The adjutant is in charge of Public relations, human resources, website updates and roster modification. Reports to the administrative assistant.
Senior Administrator
The Senior administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative activity. They will escalate any potential issues to the Executor.
Unseen Security Bureau "USB"
Unseen Security Bureau
The Unseen Security Bureau, our elite security division. Enlisted members will only have the opportunity to join the USB if invited by the Executive Commander or the Executor.
Agents
Chiefs & Directors
Trainee
All members invited to the USB begin here. Anyone picked to be a USB member will be provided a training regiment as a trainee and once completed, promoted to a junior agent.
Junior Agent
The Junior Agent has finished USB training and is ready to take on any tasks assigned. Responsible for training new trainees and Reports to the Agent.
Assistant Bureau Chief
manages all USB members under them except special agents. They are non mission officers and responsible for delegating missions to Senior Agents. reports to bureau Chief.
Agent
The agent has completed a number of successful missions and been reliable and timely. They will supervise Junior agent missions and report to the Senior Agent.
Bureau Chief
in charge of overseeing all USB missions, and directly assigns tasks for Special agents. They manage the assistant bureau chief and report to the deputy director.
Senior Agent
Senior Agents have completed hundreds of successful missions and are the senior most USB mission agents. They report to the Assistant Bureau Chief.
Deputy Director
The Deputy Director is responsible for assigning tasks to both the Bureau Chief and Assistant bureau chief for delegation to corresponding agents. Reports to Director.
Special Agent
Special Agents are hand picked by the executive commander for timely and precise targeted missions. They will be stealthy, quiet, and efficient. Reports to the Bureau Chief.
Director
The director oversees all USB missions and will help hand pick new trainees. They manage all other USB officers. reports to the executive commander.
Advisors & Executives
Advisors & Executives
The Vizier & Grand Vizier will act as advisors to our most prestigious positions. The Executor & Executive Commander.
Vizier
The Vizier is the visionary responsible for writing our story. They are responsible for writing our lore, and continuing our story with content that is original and imaginative.
Executor
Leadership at its finest. Responsible for all final decisions in exploration, industry and admin. Second in Command. Reports only to the Executive Commander.
Grand Vizier
The grand vizier is the senior advisor for the leadership team. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of administration and reports directly to the Executor.
Executive Commander
Leader and Commander in Chief of the Unseen. In charge of the Fleet and the Unseen security bureau. Responsible for all big picture decisions.
