All rewards available to Exploration Members are posted below with details of how/when you can earn them

Service Rewards
Each star added to a service ribbon indicates an additional 90 days of service
Members will receive the base exploration service ribbon After 90 days of uninterrupted serviceÂ
After 180 days of uninterrupted service the ribbon will receive its 1st star
After 270 days of uninterrupted service the ribbon will receive its 2nd star
After 360 days of uninterrupted service the ribbon will receive its 3rd star
After 450 days of uninterrupted service the ribbon will receive its 4th star
After 540 days of uninterrupted service the ribbon will receive its 5th star
After 630 days of uninterrupted service the ribbon will receive its 6th star
Members of exploration who have zero negative RiRs within 750 days of uninterrupted service will receive the Silver Elite border on the ribbon
Members of exploration who have zero negative RiRs within 1000 days of uninterrupted service will receive the Gold Elite border on the ribbon
Your service ribbon will be updated with your current rank as you progress
SERVICE RIBBONS ARE THE ONLY RIBBONS THAT REFLECT RANK

Each star added to a service medal indicates an additional 500 days of service
This medal will be awarded after 500 days of uninterrupted serviceÂ
After 1000 days of uninterrupted service the medal will receive its  1st star
After 1500 days of uninterrupted service the medal will receive its  2nd star
After 2000 days of uninterrupted service the medal will receive its  3rd star
After 2500 days of uninterrupted service the medal will receive its 4th star
Members of exploration who have zero negative rirs After 3000 days of uninterrupted service will receive the silver elite border on the medal
Members of exploration who have zero negative rirs After 3500 days of uninterrupted service will receive the gold elite border on the medal
Discovery Rewards
Each star added to a discovery ribbon indicates an additional 5 successful recorded discovery missions
Members will receive the base exploration discovery ribbon After their first successful discovery mission
After 5 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 1st star
After 10 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 2nd star
After 15 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 3rd star
After 20 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 4th star
After 25 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 5th star
After 30 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 6th star
After 35 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 7th star
After 40 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 8th star
After 45 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 9th star
After 50 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 10th star
After 55 successful discovery missions the ribbon will receive its 11th star

Progression Rewards
Each star added to a progression ribbon indicates an additional promotion recommendation. the big star indicates you are eligible for Exploration Leadership
The recommendations must be recorded through RiRs or mission logs
